The watercolour painting was a runner up in the American Society of Botanical Artists Banner Competition in 2021. The image was used to promote the ABSA Annual meeting and Conference held in October 2021.
F. ramose is characterised by tall flower spikes above low growing foliage. A clump forming to spreading perennial, easy care in the garden, flowering from summer through to autumn.
